Welcome to the official cyber-home of the Smokin' Scotsmen BBQ Team.

We are a competitive barbeque team based in Ada, Michigan. We compete mostly in KCBS sanctioned competitions and primarily in the upper Midwest of the United States.

Spring is around the corner . . . .  The Smo Sco will be conducting BBQ Classes this early spring:  The Back Yard Class - a one day class where we teach you how to smoke award winning ribs and chicken on your patio or deck griller/smoker;  Secondly,  we will be teaching a concentrated and focused two day Winning Competitive BBQ class for those who want to compete in KCBS events around the mid-west and the rest of the country.  In addition, we have limited space for One - On - One Training at our home in Ada.  Please stay tuned for dates in early spring as we finalalize the venue.  Call us at 616 682 1758 for details.
